Problem with my Suzuki Gixxer 155CC motorcycle


I was purchased my Suzuki Gixxer bike in 2017 and after a few months, I have got engine leakage problems with my bike and am very disappointed with Suzuki dealership. I have reached out to the dealership and said my motorcycle engine has leakage problem left side and service adviser said sir that is the normal problem this technical fault from Suzuki, I said if this technical fault why you don’t inform when I purchased this motorcycle. I had a very long discussion with the dealership branch manager he told sir, that is not covering in the warranty if you want will open the engine and fix it but that is paid not covered in the warranty. I have called the customer support of Suzuki for that problem, she told please request a raise on the Suzuki India Facebook page and send mail on queries@suzukimotorcycle.in I have done that both activity and within 2 days same service adviser call me and said sir please come or I can send my engineer to at your place to pick you a motorcycle for fixing the leakage problem with your bike which covers under warranty.

His language totally changed and fixed the leakage problem of my Suzuki Gixxer bike and also says sorry and requests me to please take your complaint back and send our dealership good feedback to Suzuki. So I suggest everyone in that type of case your motorcycle dealer does not help you contact any time your vehicle company.
